Tarus videos are provided in two formats whenever possible... the proprietary Quicktime format which has a .mov extension and is represented here by the symbol and the generic Mpeg format which has a .mpg extension and is represented here by the symbol. Wherever you see these symbols, just click on your choice of format to begin downloading the video. As you have noticed, the symbol takes you to this page. Placing your cursor over these icons throughout the site will display a tooltip containing further information.
